This is Marketing, by Seth Godin
This classic is about marketing in the broadest sense of finding products that serve your customers. It's compelling, full of stories and lessons, and will leave you inspired to go out and understand your customers better. An excellent audiobook.

Coaching Product Strategy, with Marty Cagan, Christian Idiodi, on Product Therapy
Marty Cagan and Christian Idiodi discuss the power of a product strategy, and also what a good one looks like. I like this episode particularly because of how real it is, acknowledging the incredible challenges companies face, and both the value and the difficulty of committing to a product strategy in these cases.
